On Saturday evening, Joyce Wu organized a dinner for three of her best friends at a Thai restaurant in MixC Mall.
Due to traffic congestion, Serena Li arrived last.
As I sat down, I saw Joyce Wu and Lynn Yan looking at something on an iPad. They were looking at it intently and had smiles on their faces.
Serena Li asked, “What are you looking at?”
Joyce Wu looked up, smiled, and said, “One of my private tutors is the operations manager of XX matchmaking website. They have a group social event at the St. Regis Hotel tomorrow, and she just sent me an invitation. I plan to take you there.”
